Sunset & Culture: Rio Icons + Roxy Brazilian Dance Show
About This Tour
This is a private guided tour in Rio de Janeiro with full logistics, local expertise, and iconic landmark coverage built for a smooth day.
Rio Sunset & Roxy combines a private afternoon visit to Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain with dinner and a Brazilian cultural show at the Roxy. It is designed for travelers who want to experience Rio's landmarks, the changing evening light and live performance as one continuous, carefully organized experience.
The starting time varies according to the date, seasonal sunset conditions and the Roxy schedule. During the sightseeing portion your experience includes two dedicated professionals: a licensed tour guide who accompanies your group and a separate professional driver responsible for transportation. While your guide remains with you at the attractions, the driver takes care of traffic, parking and the next pickup point.
The suggested itinerary begins at Christ the Redeemer, surrounded by the Tijuca Forest. From Corcovado, you can see how Rio's mountains, beaches, bay and neighborhoods come together. Tickets are included and booked in advance for a boarding time on the train or van, chosen according to your preference and availability, and your guide handles the voucher exchange and the boarding procedure.
From Christ the Redeemer, the tour continues to Sugarloaf Mountain. Skip-the-line cable car tickets are included, with access through Morro da Urca and on to the Sugarloaf summit. The schedule is planned around the season's sunset time whenever possible, though visibility, weather and the exact quality of the light cannot be guaranteed.
After Sugarloaf Mountain, your private vehicle takes you directly to the Roxy. The transition is planned around the show schedule, so you do not need to arrange separate transportation or manage the timing between the attractions and the venue.
The Roxy experience includes a three-course dinner served at your table and a professional stage production of Brazilian music and dance. The performance brings together rhythms and traditions from different regions of Brazil, presented by professional dancers and musicians in a theater setting.
During the sightseeing portion, your guide can introduce some of the cultural context behind the music, dance and traditions shown in the evening performance. The show itself is a professional dinner-theater production rather than a guided cultural visit.
This is a private afternoon-to-evening experience for your group only. It combines two of Rio's best-known viewpoints with dinner, performance and private transportation, so you can move through the entire program without organizing separate tickets or transfers.
