An early start carries you to Mangaratiba, where a private speedboat takes your group out to visit some of Ilha Grande's clear-water beaches. There's an optional stop at a beach where you can have lunch on your own (roughly USD 20–40 per person). Prefer to stay on the water? An onboard barbecue can be added on request — around USD 120 per boat for up to 6 guests, or USD 240 for 7–12. Vehicle, driver, licensed guide, boatman and mineral water are included; it's a full, long day out.

Plan on a full day. For Petrópolis we suggest starting between 08:00 and 10:30 to allow time to see everything, and it runs about 8 hours; Ilha Grande starts very early (around 05:30–07:30) and runs roughly 10 hours because of the drive and boat time. Búzios is arranged on request.
Yes. Each private day trip includes a vehicle and driver, and pickup from your hotel, Airbnb or port when it's part of the planned route.
Lunch is on your own so you can choose what you like. On Ilha Grande there's an optional beach stop where lunch runs roughly USD 20–40 per person, and you can also add an onboard barbecue on request.
